Alive and well, playing the double-agent game with the NSA to ensure as few Gifteds as possible are forced to undergo the same deplorable treatment he and so many others went through during the dark days in the lab. He and Sophie Devereux/Dementia Kemik have had a steady relationship for many years now.

Doing just fine in his chosen profession of being a hit porn star (you heard me). His speedy raven form made him a great messanger during the war, and more than a few enemy soldiers lost their eyes for giving him a hard time. Lately though, he's been very curious about what's going on in Cassis these days and is seriously considering coming back...

With Arlaxishar's help, Ethan ended up being a force to be reckoned with during the war and took on entire units by himself. Thus, finally being able to demonstrate his 'superiority' over the human race, Arlaxishar came to terms with his semi-imprisonment within the body he and Ethan share and the two formed a solid friendship. Rumour has it that Ethan is living as a hermit somewhere in Brazil...

Zhou Xi didn't participate in the actual fighting, but he forged many a ring for his fellow Gifteds in order to compliment their own powers. He's now back at his beloved monastery in Xi Liang.
Amir
Greatly disturbed by the war in Cassis, Amir participated for a little while, but found he didn't have the stomach for such pointless fighting on a grand scale and soon took up his wanderings again. His current whereabouts are unknown, but having encouraged his good friend the hawk king, Tibarn, to visit Cassis, it's clear the Laguz holds a fondness for what Cassis was before the war and there's a good chance he could turn up again...
