History: A very traditional family, Seiko, lived in. Coming over from Japan at a young age, he was raised in a family where honoring was a very important thing. He was raised to learn fighting styles, honor the family by doing tasks, and by taking over the family name. Since him and his family moved to america when he was five, he was able to speak the american language. He doesn't use his native tongue hardly unless in teh presents of his father or mother.
After his parents moved to the america's, they found trouble finding a job, thus sending young Seiko to start helping the family by finding easy jobs that paid very little. Helping his family out became a few years until the family had started to make money. Seiko's father taught him Kyudo in his free time, japanese archery, which Seiko mastered by the age of ten. A difficult time hit when Seiko's father became ill and his death preceeded him. Being the only child in the family, he was forced to do alot of the household chores and was sent to work again, doing odd jobs while his Mother worked in the factories.
When he was Twelve years old, the first signs of his powers had set out during a school yard brawl. At the first punch that Seiko tried to make, his hand had turned into a sharp arrow like substance, and made contact with the kids shoulder. Seiko was petrified of the attack that he made on the kid. Not knowing what was going on and after that, he ran off trying to hide but the other part of his powers took flight. The light around him was transformed against his body, causing him to turn his form invisible, but he didn't find it out until later after he stopped hiding and he went up to a teacher to tell them what had happened and the teacher noticed that he wasn't anywhere to be seen, but the voice was there. Without thinking, the tranformation of the light disapaited and he was visible again. The teacher, scared, told Seiko to leave and sent him to the office.
After finding out about his powers, his mother took great lengths to hide his powers, but found it was not logical to hide something she thought the gods had given her son. So, his mother allowed him to use his powers freely at home, but in public, he was forced to keep them under wraps.
Eight years went on and Seiko developed his powers easily with training from his mother and self determination. That was until the war hit. He protected the house from attacks using his abilities and later the war had finally ended. His mother was proud of him. Seiko left home after the war was over to start his life, going to school to learn various subjects and took multiple tests to become a teacher. Finally after spending 7 years in college, he graduated with honors from his school and got his teaching certificate and a bachalors degree. Three years into his career, he heard about a position in Dotado for 'gifted' students and moved to Dotado.
Powers: He possesses the ability to refract the light that strikes his body into a specific spectrum of light, such as the ultraviolet, so as to hide himself in that spectrum, thus rendering himself invisible to the naked eye. Seiko cannot, however, hide his voice, scent, body heat, or any other such traits, and therefore is still open to detection by other means.
Another gift that he has developed is being able to tranform his limbs into razor-sharp weapons.
Personality: Seiko is a very dovoted person and a man of his words. He is very strict about his traditions and is very much a gentleman. Seiko is very calm though, able to handle multiple tasks with ease and is a very good listener. He loves to have fun after the work is done. (I hate personalitlies! lol... Tell me if I need to revamp it!)
Power Related Issues: There is no issues connected with his invisibility but when he uses his powers to transform his body into razorsharp weapons, it pains him. Causing muscle aches and sometimes causes weakness in the limbs after use.
Weaknesses: The weakness against his invisibility is that if there is no light to reflect off him for him to use towards him, he's not able to transform and as for the tranformation to sharp weapons, nothing has been noted to keep him from that.
